Exhibition: Japanese contemporary pottery art at Hidari Zingaro Berlin

My calender is already chock full of all the events and exhibitions that I still want to attend before Christmas (not to mention all the Christmas markets I plan to visit and the people that I want to see!) and because this month is so short so many dates are colliding!!!

This Friday is the vernissage of a new exhibition at Hidari Zingaro gallery (http://hidarizingaroberlin.de/) in Dieffenbachstrasse in Kreuzberg – contemporary Japanese pottery! I love Japanese pottery (and vernissages!) so I’d really like to attend this one as well, but it is on the same day as the Turkish art thing….so I’ll have to give the pottery opening night a miss but I’ll definitely go and see the exhibition next week – and write an globe-M article on it, zwei Fliegen mit einer Klappe!

Hidari Zingaro is a very interesting art gallery, by the way. It opened in summer 2012; the company behind it is Kaikai Kiki – which belongs to Japanese artist Takashi Murakami. I only discovered the gallery last month, a friend and I stumbled into the Pixiv Girls exhibit by accident and I loved the gallery concept. Go and check it out.
